I'm Sarah, a Lowland Leader and Natural Mindfulness Guide based in Worcestershire.
Joining a group walk is great for physical and mental well-being - brilliant exercise for the whole body as well as a social outing in lovely surroundings.
Fresh Air - Beautiful Scenery - Exercise
If you would like to enjoy the countryside but don't want to plan and navigate the route, then join a walk with us!
Within a group, you can socialise with others who share similar interests while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views.
