Natural Mindfulness Walks
Relax and bring your senses alive!
Natural mindfulness guided walks are designed to get people outside for some gentle exercise, fresh air, meet like minded others and the therapeutic benefits of just ‘being’ in nature. By immersing ourselves in nature, observing its movement, the sounds and patterns all around us, we can begin to relax, to breathe more deeply, to notice more and to reconnect with our true selves.
Walks are not strenuous and there will be gentle invitations to encourage you to connect with the natural world.
Walks are held in West Malvern on the private grounds of a former Country House Estate, with its convenient location, un-spoilt beauty, stunning scenery and tranquil atmosphere its the perfect location for our Natural Mindfulness Walks.
