Gower Walking Weekend!

Join a sociable weekend of walking in the The Gower Peninsula of South Wales.  The Gower was Britain’s first designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and has some of Britain’s best coastal scenery.

Saturday 1st October Walk (up to 14.5 miles) Meet Time: 9:30am and we will return at about 17:30.  We will walk towards Rhossili and have a full day of exploring the coastline with breathtaking views before making our way back to Port Eynon.  

Sunday 2nd October Walk (10 miles) Meet Time: 10:00 and we will return at about 15:30.  A beautful walk from Port Eynon to Oxwich Bay along coastal paths, woodlands and beaches.  We will have our lunch stop on the beach at Oxwich Bay.

Start and End Location of Walks. Port Eynon car park, Port Eynon, SA3 1NN.

Accommodation

We leave you to organise your own accommodation and meet up each morning to head out for 2 days of guided walks.

Food

No food is included.

Grade:

No dogs, except assistance dogs.

Over 18's.

Sturdy footwear essential.

A week before the walk a detailed information sheet will be emailed to you, with details of meeting point and parking information.
