Terms and Conditions
Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund (minus any small incurred charges on payment) up to 14 days before the walk start time. All refund requests should be in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Changes or cancellation by Walking the Hills
If the walk is cancelled by Walking the Hills, a full refund will be given.
We reserve the right to cancel the walk, or amend the walk route, at any point as we deem appropriate.
Walks are carefully planned to ensure risks are minimised. However, outdoor walking activities can carry a risk of personal accident and/or injury. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.
Please ensure that you are aware of the level of physical activity that will be undertaken during your walk, and that you are suitably equipped. You must be satisfied that you are medically and physically fit to participate.
If at any point during the walk you do not wish to continue with the planned route, you are free to leave the group and you will have to make your own way back.
Walking the Hills accepts no responsibility for personal accidents or injury or for loss or damage to personal effects. We strongly recommend you have personal insurance to cover these risks.
In Case of Emergency Form
Please ensure you have completed the In Case of Emergency From. This form is to be kept on you for each walk and it should be kept in an easily accessible place, for example in the top pocket of your rucksack.
Sometimes due to adverse weather conditions we may need to cancel the walk or offer an alternative date.
No dogs, except assistance dogs.

No food or drinks included.
Photographs may be taken on your walk and Walking the Hills reserves the right to utilise these images for promotional purposes.
