Fresh Air - Beautiful Views - Exercise
Joining a group walk is great for physical and mental well-being - brilliant exercise for the whole body as well as a social outing in lovely surroundings.
When you walk within a group, you have the chance to socialise with others with whom you share similar interests while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views. As well as being a relaxing excursion, group walks are safer and can help walkers feel more secure. Our pre-booked walks offer individuals the opportunity to get out and embrace the outdoors, leaving the navigating up to me! Walks are between 3 - 12 miles long and boast breathtaking views and tranquil scenery. When available, we also visit local cafes on our route and enjoy some refreshments.
