All items are made to order. Please allow up to 14 days for dispatch from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation.

As each item is made specifically for you, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Orders are dispatched within 14 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal services.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the delivery service and we are unable to control transit times.

 

Returns & Refunds

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
