Explore the Cotswolds Guided Walk

This splendid 12 mile circular walk uses the Cotswold Way and Donnington Way to explore the countryside and landmarks surrounding the Cotswold Villages of Chipping Campden and Broadway.

The walk starts in Chipping Campden and climbs to Dover’s Hill on the Cotswold Way.  It's a lovely start to the walk with a tremendous view from the 754 ft (230 m) hill summit.  On a clear day you can see as far as the Black Mountains of South Wales.

The walk continues through beautiful countryside to Broadway and then on to Broadway Tower at 1,034 ft (312 m) The views from here over the Vale of Evesham, Bredon HIll and the distant Malverns are magnificent.

We will have a stop at Morris and Browns Cafe located near the Tower before making our way back along the Cotswold Way to Chipping Campden.

Approximately 12 miles

Grade: 

Moderate, reasonable level of fitness required. This walk will have some up and down hills. Comfortable pace with plenty of breaks.

General: 

No dogs, except assistance dogs.
