Festive Cotswold Walk - Broadway (Saturday)

Join a 9 mile festive walk from the village of broadway, which is often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Cotswolds’.  At Christmas the village is transformed into a magical wonderland and the high street is illuminated by traditional fairy lights.  Our walk will take us through the pretty village of Snowshill and onto Broadway Tower before returning back to Broadway.

This walk is graded as Moderate–Hard and requires a good level of fitness due to sustained uphill walking and long downhill sections. The route follows Cotswold paths, lanes, and countryside tracks, with varied terrain throughout.

The walk covers approximately 9 miles (14.5 km) with around 1,100 ft (335 m) of ascent. The route includes a long uphill section on Cotswold paths and lanes, followed by a long descent through fields and countryside paths back towards Broadway, with uneven, muddy, and potentially slippery…
