🌿 Malvern Walks for Beginners – 5-Week Walking Program

Looking for a friendly, beginner walking group in Malvern? Join our 5-week block of guided Malvern Hills walks, perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into walking. All walks are at a relaxed, social pace, letting you enjoy the scenic Malvern countryside while gradually increasing your fitness.

Weekly Walks Overview

Walk 1 – Great Malvern Town & Parks (45–60 mins)

Kick off the block with a relaxed stroll through Great Malvern, exploring landmarks, parks, and the famous Malvern water. A gentle introduction to group walking.

 

Walk 2 – Peachfield Common (~1 hour)

Enjoy peaceful countryside paths with stunning Malvern Hills views. 

Walk 3 – Eastnor Deer Park (~1 hour)

Follow mostly tarmacked paths with views of British Camp and Eastnor Obelisk. Perfect for a gentle, scenic walk.

 

Walk 4 – Woodland Paths to St Ann’s Well (~1¼ hours)

Explore woodland trails uphill to St Ann’s Well, then descend via a zig-zag route back to town, finishing with the iconic 99 steps. 

 

Walk 5 – Wyche Cutting Ridge Walk (1¼–1½ hours)

Finish strong on a scenic ridge walk, including Perseverance Hill, Jubilee Hill, and Pinnacle Hill. Optional extra climbs for a more challenging experience.
