If you’re looking for Nordic Walking in Malvern, outdoor fitness in Worcestershire, or a friendly and supportive walking group in the Malvern Hills, you’re in the right place.

I’m a certified Nordic Walking Instructor accredited by British Nordic Walking (BNW), the UK body affiliated with the International Nordic Walking Federation (INWA).

I run welcoming beginner workshops and regular group Nordic Walks in West Malvern and across the beautiful Malvern Hills  helping people build strength, confidence, and fitness outdoors.

Nordic Walking transforms an ordinary walk into an effective, full-body workout all while enjoying fresh air, hills, and great company.

What Is Nordic Walking?

Nordic Walking is a fitness walking technique that uses specially designed poles to engage the upper body as you walk.

Unlike trekking poles, Nordic Walking poles are used with a specific technique standardised by INWA. When taught correctly, this method promotes:

  • Correct posture and alignment

  • Safe and efficient movement

  • Full upper-body engagement

  • Improved balance and coordination

The activity began in Finland as off-season training for cross-country skiers and has since become a popular outdoor fitness activity worldwide.

Why Choose Nordic Walking in Malvern?

  • Improve balance & coordination

  • Increase cardiovascular fitness

  • Meet new people

If you enjoy walking but want more of a workout without going to the gym, Nordic Walking gives you strength, toning, and fitness outdoors.
